About Me
My name is Susan Prontack and I am a Reiki Master, Chartered Herbalist, and Aromatherapist.
My journey began while searching for alternative methods of healing. I looked into energy work and found it fascinating. On this journey, I met many great people in different fields of energy work.
Attending workshops in energy healing methods eventually led to experiencing a life-changing first Reiki session. The profound impact of that session sparked the decision to begin learning Reiki, completing the first level in 2011. Progressing further, the second level was completed the same year, followed by achieving Reiki Master certification in 2012. Training in animal Reiki also became part of the journey in 2011.
The path to becoming an Aromatherapist began in 2001, fueled by a long-standing interest in essential oils. Using them daily to create personal products like creams and shampoos became a natural extension of this passion.
Herbs became more than just a cooking ingredient; they became a way to support healing in the body. Growing herbs for years naturally led to experimenting with tinctures, teas, and salves. This newfound passion inspired the decision to enroll in a course on herbalism.
In September of 2024, I graduated as a Chartered Herbalist.
